Shipping policy
Tria Exodus does not ship to Utah.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total, the speed of delivery, and the destination. The checkout page will show all shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
Depending on factors like the day and time of the transaction, delivery typically takes 2–7 days from the time of the transaction. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s monitoring system during business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding government vacations within the U.S. As a result, even though your delivery has left our storage and is enroute to you, the carrier might not be able to give you any updates for up to 48 hours or longer. Examine your email. Emails will be sent to you informing you of the progress of your purchase.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. You must be 21 years of age or older to order cigar products or cigar accessories. Please call a Customer Service Representative at +1 201 250 4376 if you have any questions.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We advise contacting the carrier directly with the tracking information provided after verifying the delivery address on your order and thoroughly searching all potential delivery points; they may have additional delivery information to help you locate it if the carrier reports your order as delivered but you can’t find it. As packages are frequently brought to the incorrect home or apartment due to missing or badly marked buildings, you may also, at your option, consult your neighbors. Although we will make every effort to back your claims with the carrier(s), we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that have already been delivered. We stand by our devoted customers and associates.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
The delivery service occasionally returns goods as “undeliverable”. This occurs for a variety of causes, most commonly address-related, and we take great care to verify locations before shipping. Orders that are refused transport because of an erroneous, fictitious, limited, or banned location will immediately be refunded. Before placing another purchase, we advise fixing any mistakes that might have contributed to the delivery failure.
